How can I return an item?

Please note, for an exchange or return, the withdrawal period of 30 days after receiving the goods applies, and make sure to send your order back to us in its original condition, including all enclosures.

Please also note the limited return policy for watches with personal engraving. These are excluded from returns and exchanges. However, you can of course make warranty claims.

Please include a note with your return stating the order, delivery, or invoice number. Also, please include the withdrawal form with your return.

How do I exchange an item that is defective or incorrectly ordered?

Please inform us by email (service@detomaso-watches.com) of the reason for the complaint and let us know whether we should exchange the item or refund the amount.
