This Privacy Policy applies to the Detomaso Watches online shop and related online services in Europe.

As part of order processing, we transmit the following personal data to this provider:

  • Name and contact details of the customer (as necessary for return shipping)
  • Order number and repair description
  • Device or product data (e.g. serial number, model)

Legal basis: Data processing is carried out on the basis of Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract performance) and Art. 28 GDPR (data processing agreement). A data processing agreement (DPA) in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR has been concluded to ensure GDPR-compliant processing.

Storage period: The transmitted data is stored only for the duration of order processing and deleted after completion of the repair, unless legal retention obligations apply.

Your rights: You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, data portability, and object to processing. Please contact us using the details provided in this privacy policy.

5. Transfers to third countries

If personal data is transferred to countries outside the EEA (e.g. the USA), we apply the required legal safeguards (e.g. European Commission adequacy decision or Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) with supplementary measures). Electronic withdrawal function (withdrawal button)

Exercising the right of withdrawal via the electronic withdrawal function: We provide an electronic withdrawal function on our website through which consumers can exercise their statutory right of withdrawal online.

When using this function, we process the data you provide, in particular:

  • First and last name
  • Email address
  • Order number or contract reference
  • Information relating to the relevant order or contract
  • Content of your withdrawal declaration
  • Date and time of submission
  • Technical log data required for verification purposes and to ensure proper processing

The processing is carried out for the purpose of receiving, documenting, and handling your withdrawal, as well as for fulfilling our legal obligations in connection with the execution of the contractual relationship.

Legal bases for processing: The processing is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of pre-contractual measures or performance of the contract) and Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR (compliance with legal obligations).

After receipt of your withdrawal, you will promptly receive an acknowledgement of receipt of your declaration on a durable medium (e.g. by email), where required by law.

Retention period: Data collected in connection with a withdrawal is stored for the duration of contract processing and in accordance with statutory retention and documentation obligations, and is then deleted unless further statutory retention obligations apply.
