Through our return portal, you can easily request an exchange or repair and make use of your warranty claims. Therefore we offer you a free insured returns. Please note the 30-day withdrawal period after receiving the goods for exchanges or returns, and remember to send us your order in its original condition, including all inserts. Watches with a personal engraving must be made individually and are therefore excluded from the right of cancellation (excluding warranty cases).
