Do you want to return your product/cancel your purchase or exchange the received product?
We’re sorry that your ordered product did not meet your expectations.
You can easily register your return/cancellation here with your email and receipt number (you can find this on your invoice).
Please note the standard cancellation period of 30 days after receiving the goods (during certain promotional periods, this period may be longer for you).
Watches with a personal engraving are excluded from the right of withdrawal/return (warranty cases excepted).

Register your product here as a warranty case using your email and receipt number (found on your invoice).
We offer a free insured return shipment for this purpose.
After we receive your shipment, we will inform you by email about the further processing steps.
Is your product defective and outside the warranty period (three years)?
In this case, you can register a paid repair with us.
Use the same form and provide your email and receipt number (found on your invoice).
After receiving your registration, we will contact you with a cost estimate. You can then decide whether you want to proceed with the repair.
NOTE: Please note that return shipping costs paid by yourself cannot be refunded.
