Returns / Repairs
Would you like to return your product or withdraw from your purchase?
We are sorry that the ordered product did not meet your expectations.
Please register your return/withdrawal here using your email address and your receipt number (you can find this on the invoice).
Please note the standard withdrawal period of 30 days from receipt of the goods (during certain promotional periods, this period may be longer).
Please also note that we charge return costs of €5.50 in Germany and €6.50 / zł 27.50 in Europe. These return costs will be deducted from your refund amount.
Watches with a personalized engraving are excluded from the right of withdrawal/return (except in warranty cases).
Is your product defective and still within the warranty period (three years)?
Of course, we will help you as quickly as possible.
Please register your product here using your email address and receipt number (you can find this on the invoice) as a warranty claim.
We offer a free insured return shipment for this purpose.
After receiving your shipment, we will inform you by email about the further processing.
We aim to repair every warranty case. However, we reserve the right to replace the item with an equivalent product (possibly also a successor model) if, for example, the original product is no longer available. In this case, we will of course coordinate with you in advance.
Is your product defective and outside the warranty period (three years)?
In this case, you can request a paid repair from us.
Please also use this form and provide your email address and receipt number (you can find this on the invoice).
After receiving your request, we will contact you with a cost estimate. You can then decide whether you would like to proceed with the repair.
We aim to repair every item sent in outside of warranty. If the item is no longer part of our assortment or we no longer have spare parts available, we reserve the right to use similar components from other models. In this case, we will of course coordinate with you in advance. For watches sent in without prior communication with our customer service, we reserve the right to return them if we no longer have suitable spare parts available.
NOTE: Please be aware that return shipping costs paid by the customer cannot be refunded.
